Ultra Low Bake Polyester Resins
Description
Megara Resins introduces a technologically advanced range of Ultra low temperature curing resins, designed to provide durable powder coatings on metal and heat sensitive substrates such as engineering wood (i.e. Medium Density Fiberboard). Curing can take place either in conventional or IR ovens, from as low as 120oC within a few minutes.
By applying different techniques and using cutting edge technology, Megara Resins is marketing a very fast powder coating system.
Full curing can thus be obtained on sensitive substrates including MDF, without damaging it. The coating surface is very hard giving excellent scratch resistance. Due to the high crosslinking density, the coatings have outstanding stain resistance.

Ultra Low Bake Polyester Resins
Pudralow 100
Specially designed unsaturated polyester resin which can be used alone or in combination with Pudralow 200 for low bake powders suitable for heat sensitive substrates (i.e. MDF). Gives fast curing at low temperatures (5-10 minutes at 120-140oC). Powder coatings based on this polyester exhibit exceptional hardness and stain resistance.
